Full Service Essential Job Duties:
1. Receives labels from supervisor for parts to be pulled.
2. Pulls, retrieves parts from vehicles in yard.
3. Inspects part and notify supervisor of any damage
4. Stage part for delivery driver
5. Operates a forklift or order selector to transport parts in and about warehouse.
6. Sorts and places parts and supplies on racks, shelves, or in bins according to predetermined sequence.
7. Responds to customer counter sales immediately by receiving order, pulling product and loading it into the customer vehicle.
8. Verifies in-stock position on product for inside sales staff.
9. Classifies all returns according to integrity and condition of parts, and prepares necessary forms for inventory adjustments.
10. Checks in defective parts and enters into computer system for return to vendor.
11. Signs off on all delete tickets, providing an explanation as to the reason.
12. Loads trucks according to the delivery schedule and performs a final check off of parts loaded
13. Puts wheel cores in staging area for return to re-manufacturing facilities.
14. Maintains orderliness and housekeeping of assigned work areas.
15. Complies with established company policies and procedures.

Clean parts – Buffing small parts, Power washing drive train, Cleaning panels with soap and water.
Inspect parts – Matching description and quality to how it was inventoried.
Communicate with sales reps – Using email and/or phone to describe any discrepancies in quality or inventory of the part.
Prepare for shipment – Protect all small parts with bubble wrap and place in a cardboard box, Wrap bumpers with a protective cover, place doors in racks divided by foam pads.
Load semi trailers going to other facilities – prepare racks with panels and small parts to be loaded on semi trailers via a fork truck.

Preferred Qualifications: Fork lift experience

Basic Qualifications (Minimum Required Experience, Education, Knowledge/Skills/Abilities, Essential Physical Demands): High School diploma with some automotive knowledge.
